Hi, my name is Yuhan  

Nutritionist & an Endo warrior

I’m originally from Taiwan, but I lived in Canada before settling in the United States and now I call Indiana home.  When I’m not working, you can find me in my garden, ballroom dancing in dance studio or hiking in national and state parks. 

I love helping women with endo to find the key triggers for their endo symptoms and manage it with the evidence-based nutrition and a holistic approach. I’ve not only have a master’s degree in nutrition, I also worked in the field for 10 years and was certified as a  Low-FODMAP trained practitioner from Monash University.
